Steve Carell to leave The Office


Maybe. When asked by the BBC whether he'll return to NBC's top-rated show after his contract expires in 2011, Carrell responded, "I don't think so. I think that will probably be my last year."'

So, let the speculation begin. Will NBC try to beat their highest-rated show to death by strapping it to the backs of Jim, Pam, and their baby? Will they try and woo Carell with, like, a bajillion dollars? Or will they realize the show has run its course and let it die an honorable death?
